O desafioThe challenge

A empresa-cliente precisava concentrar a gestão de toda a frota de veículos num software único. Até então, usavam ferramentas diferentes porque as tecnologias embarcadas em cada veículo também eram diferentes. Um sistema próprio traria facilidade operacional no controle logístico e um diferencial competitivo real frente aos concorrentes. The client company needed to consolidate management of its entire vehicle fleet into a single piece of software. Until then, they used different tools because the onboard technology in each vehicle was also different. A dedicated system would bring operational ease to logistics control and a real competitive edge over rivals.

O objetivo foi encontrar, junto ao cliente, uma solução que atendesse tanto os colaboradores internos quanto os clientes finais (transportadoras): uma forma sistemática e eficiente de identificar, avaliar e gerenciar os riscos das operações logísticas, minimizando incertezas que impactam a cadeia de transporte e as seguradoras envolvidas. The goal was to find, together with the client, a solution that served both internal staff and end clients (freight carriers): a systematic, efficient way to identify, assess, and manage logistics operation risks, minimizing the uncertainties that impact the transport chain and the insurers involved.

Meu papel foi conduzir todo o processo de UX Design: estratégia, pesquisa, facilitação de reuniões (baseadas em metodologias ágeis), definição de conteúdo (UX Writing) e desenho das interfaces (UI Design), entregando um projeto completo para desenvolvimento posterior. My role was to lead the entire UX Design process: strategy, research, meeting facilitation (based on agile methodologies), content definition (UX Writing), and interface design (UI Design), delivering a complete project for later development.

Todo o trabalho foi elaborado 100% em conjunto com o cliente, em três frentes: Empathize, Discovery e Delivery. All the work was developed 100% together with the client, across three tracks: Empathize, Discovery, and Delivery.

Empathize Documento de entendimento macro do negócio, reuniões com stakeholders e levantamento do software usado anteriormente pela empresa. A high-level business understanding document, stakeholder meetings, and an audit of the software the company had previously used.

Discovery Entrevistas com colaboradores e com clientes/parceiros da empresa, levantamento de requisitos organizado por módulo, e elaboração do cronograma do projeto. Interviews with staff and with the company's clients/partners, requirements gathering organized by module, and drafting of the project schedule.

RefinamentoRefinement 31 materiais em Word entregues para validação do Núcleo de Projetos e do cliente, com acompanhamento formal das devolutivas em duas rodadas. 31 Word documents delivered for validation by the Projects Core team and the client, with formal tracking of feedback across two rounds.

Delivery Prototipação em baixa fidelidade → ajustes → alta fidelidade. Consolidação de todo o conteúdo (documentos, mapas mentais, telas) para a equipe de desenvolvimento. Low-fidelity prototyping → adjustments → high fidelity. Consolidation of all content (documents, mind maps, screens) for the development team.

Pesquisa com usuáriosUser research

As entrevistas foram divididas entre colaboradores do cliente e clientes/parceiros (transportadoras), buscando entender como usavam o sistema atual, principais dificuldades e o cenário ideal. Interviews were split between the client's staff and clients/partners (freight carriers), aiming to understand how they used the current system, their main difficulties, and the ideal scenario.

Ao longo da elaboração das documentações, o Núcleo de Projetos (equipe especializada em Gestão de Riscos + desenvolvimento) apontou melhorias e alertas técnicos: ao todo, mais de 100 comentários validados junto ao cliente. Throughout the documentation process, the Projects Core team (a team specialized in Risk Management + development) flagged improvements and technical concerns: in total, over 100 comments validated with the client.

Solução: UI Design & PrototipaçãoSolution: UI Design & Prototyping

A construção foi feita no Figma, com o cliente acompanhando em tempo real e sugerindo alterações, um processo mais ágil na entrega final. Organizei a ordem de elaboração das telas, criei os componentes reutilizáveis entre os módulos, e defini tipografia e esquema de cores antes de escalar para os 31 módulos do sistema. The build was done in Figma, with the client following along in real time and suggesting changes, making the final delivery more agile. I organized the order in which screens were built, created reusable components shared across modules, and defined typography and color scheme before scaling to the system's 31 modules.
